In 1971, Jerry Weber did his first appraisal just weeks after graduating from high school. Even though he was the youngest real estate agent in the state, his colleagues quickly saw his knack for accurately determining property values. It became his specialty. “Appraising fit me like a glove,” says Weber. “As you might expect, I have strong analytical skills, but more importantly, I have good instincts in appraising.”
Since then, he’s conducted thousands of appraisals and has shared his expertise and business knowledge with his family. |
